IMF roasters aim to make roasting as simple and efficient as possible. Their modern design allows for a one to two person operation by incorporating a user friendly PLC touchscreen management software that controls every aspect of the roasting plant.

The roast profiler controls the roasting process to ensure the coffee is roasted uniformly and reproduced regardless of whether it's the first or last batch of the day. The profiler also automatically controls the loading from green bean silos, roasting, cooling, destoning & transfer to packing machine or blender with no contact with human hands. Tonnes of coffee can be roasted and packed with just one or two workers. Automatic transfer of the coffee also eliminates manual handling dangers and reduces production time considerably.
