IMF packaging machines, weigh silos, destoners and mixers are designed to be integrated with the IMF roaster's computer system (PLC).

IMF manufacture linear weighing machines and form, fill & seal packaging machines. The roaster's computer system can automatically control the rate at which the roasted coffee is loaded from the destoner to the packaging machine before being dropped on to a discharge conveyor.

IMF's loaders enable the coffee to be transferred efficiently to silos, roaster, blender and packaging machines without anyone touching the coffee.

IMF destoners are integrated with the cooling tray so once the roasted coffee is cooled, it is then discharged into the destoner to remove foreign matter. They are available in different sizes depending on the roasters capacity. From the destoner, the coffee can be loaded directly into a packaging machine or to a mixer/blender for blending.

IMF green bean silos sit on electronic load cells so it can be programmed to load green coffee into the roaster at the correct weight proportion, i.e. pre-blended, or as a single origin. The roaster's PLC selects automatically which origin is required. Ultimately this reduces labour costs and potential Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) issues.

IMF mixer/blenders are designed to blend coffee after roasting. They can be supplied with an electronic weighing system and are available in 100kg, 200kg & 300kg capacities.
